How does this work?
I bought myself Action Replay back in April 2009 so I can get any Pokemon out there. :) All you have to do is give me your friend code by filling out the following form, I'll give you mine, grab a random wild Pokemon you don't want, and I'll trade you the one you want for it! I can get you any legendary, however, they will not be considered legit. In order to do that, you'll need to buy an Action Replay yourself (sorry!) and use the code to get one of the items (ie. Oak's Letter for a legit Shaymin).
